I wonder if anyone will use the tram to get to the 4th of July event Tuesday?  Last year, I went to the doomed Main Street pedestrian mall to observe the masses riding free on the Utopian tram.  The Main Street Square was desolate, and the tram was running empty around noon, when folks were starting to pack Elenor [busy body] Tinsley park for the concerts.</description>
