Edit: However, wasn't this simulataneous with Saddam hiring the American, Robert Bull, to design a super-cannon that could fire all the way to Isreal? After Mossad assassinated him, the project was never completed, and we dismantled it after the first Gulf war. Israel bombed that reactor in Iraq long before Iraq ever fired any missiles at Israel. And Iraqi troops were never involved in any of the ground wars. I'm not saying I think Israel was wrong to bomb that reactor. I'm saying that the observation is not correct. Only problem is that he’s wrong.
