		<description>D'oh.  Yep, I forgot that one too.  On the other hand, even ONE time is a better record than we have.  

Wish we could do the same to the Iranians.  We're going to pay for not dealing with them before they get nukes.

Edit: However, wasn't this simulataneous with Saddam hiring the American, Robert Bull, to design a super-cannon that could fire all the way to Isreal?  After Mossad assassinated him, the project was never completed, and we dismantled it after the first Gulf war.  Offhand, I think somone building a cannon pointed at your house at the same time they're building a nuclear breeder reactor is enough to earn a technical pass.</description>

I'm not saying I think Israel was wrong to bomb that reactor. I'm saying that the observation is not correct.</description>
